CIRRUS
Fuel and Transport

Fuel and transport for the cleaner horizon ahead.

Bulk fuel delivery and haulage for film, television and live events — built around lower-carbon fuels and delivery data your production can actually report on.

What we supply

Why we started

The industry still runs on carbon paper and rounded numbers.

Productions are now asked to account for every litre they burn. Most fuel suppliers still hand over a smudged docket, an estimated figure and an invoice that arrives three weeks later bearing no obvious relationship to either. Cirrus exists to close that gap — same tanker, same driver, far better paperwork.

Lower carbon as standard

HVO is our default offer rather than the upsell. It is a drop-in replacement for most gensets and plant, and cuts lifecycle emissions substantially against standard diesel without a single change to your kit.

Metered to the litre

Every delivery runs through a calibrated meter and prints a signed ticket at the tank before we leave site. What is on the ticket is what appears on the invoice. No estimates, no reconciliation calls.

Reporting that lands

Litres, product, site and date, summarised per production and exported in a form your sustainability lead can work with directly rather than rebuilding from a pile of delivery notes.

Built for production

We work to a call sheet, not a delivery window.

Unit bases move. Night shoots overrun. Roads get locked off and the only access to the genset is a gate you have to be told about in advance. Our drivers are briefed on the location, not just the postcode — and we schedule either side of the shooting day so a tanker is never the thing holding up a turnaround.

Trained for the load

ADR-qualified drivers, DBS checked where a site requires it, and crews used to working quietly around a live set.

Awkward access

Listed buildings, narrow lanes, rooftop plant and basement tanks. We survey access before the first delivery rather than discovering it at 5am.

Tank monitoring

Level monitoring on longer-running sites, so a top-up is scheduled before anyone notices a problem.

How it works

Four steps, and one of them is yours.

01

Tell us the site

Location, access, product, and what we are filling — genset, bowser, bunded tank or plant. One call or one form.

02

We schedule around the shoot

Slots before the call or after wrap, fixed against your dates rather than a four-hour window and a hopeful text message.

03

Metered delivery, ticket on site

Product, litres, meter start and finish, site and signature — printed at the tank and handed over before we pull off.

04

The data follows the invoice

A monthly summary per production: litres by product, by site, by date, with the carbon figure already worked out.
